Ammar has been integrally involved, as both a principal and an advisor, in the acquisition, development and sale of such high-profile Internet properties as LA.com, Hawaii.com, Illinois.com, NewJersey.com, Vegas.com, LasVegas.net and countless others. He has been interviewed for features in Business 2.0, The Wall Street Journal Online, BusinessWeek, the DN Journal, as well as, various other media outlets and industry publications.
Prior to joining TrafficZ, Ammar honed his entrepreneurial and business development talents as in-house counsel for two public companies in the technology sector. He has counseled numerous private and public clients, ranging in status from the Pink Sheets to NASDAQ. He has also been intimately involved in dozens of public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international. Ammar holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a writer and editor for the school's Law Review journal, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles.
As Chief Research Officer and founder of TrafficZ.com, Kevin Vo constructed one of today’s premier domain parking and monetization services. Kevin's innovative nature prompted him to teach himself programming, HTML coding and other computer skills; ultimately resulting in the creation of TrafficZ, the industry’s oldest existing domain monetization service. Kevin's determination and entrepreneurial spirit later inspired the formation of Thought Convergence, Inc., a company focusing on driving innovative Internet-based business models.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Mathematics & Management with a Specialization in Computing, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
